Quickstart Method

The quickstart method is an available option with both the ‘Advanced’ and ‘Premium’ controllers and represents the most expeditious means of programming a dilution. However, while this method offers a rapid approach to setting up a dilution, it has fewer options and functionalities than alternative approaches.

Dilution Method

The Advanced controller includes a dilution wizard, which allows users to enter dilutions by sample volume or ratio. In addition, the wizard will enable users to save preferred settings as favorites or custom methods to quickly access commonly used dilution parameters.

The dilution wizard provides additional features, including setting air gaps between samples and diluent or after sample aspiration. Additionally, users can specify a rinse volume, adjust syringe aspirate, and dispense speeds. The dilution wizard’s advanced features allow for greater control and customization during the dilution process.
